Start off with creating your benefits to manage:
- Disability
- Holidays
- Leaves
- Life Insurance
- Medical Insurance / Dental Insurance
- Paid Time Off (PTO) with accrual tracking
- Misc ( any other benefit you can think of )
With each pay period, we keep track of accrual, based on anniversary dates, hours per pay period, or a set number of hours given at the beginning of the year. Staff can log in to your online self-service employee portal (included!) and view their benefits and balances.
Also from the portal, personnel can request time off, and when approved, automatically gets added to your online time clock (included!) and deducted from the appropriate PTO benefit. Detailed reporting is available with audit logs of any accrual balance changes.
